Shop55.nl has made every effort to display the Fashion jewellery as accurately as possible. Most products have been described with sizes/lengths and accurate colour options. However, we are aware that colours and images very slightly according to the monitor they are viewed on. In most cases, the only surprises is that the crystal, diamantes and particularly the Swarovski products are far more dazzling in real life than the pixels of the monitor allow us to show!

The advertising of products on the site is the way in witch we are able to display all the items available to buy thought the site. We aim to keep items in stock at all times but to the very nature of our product the range being imported or hand-made means that it is inevitable there could be breaks in supply. It should not be possible to order any item that is not in stock. You can only place items in Your basket that are currently in stock meaning that you can shop with confidence that the items that you have chosen will be with you within a few days.However, on rare occasions, stock levels may be incorrect and you will be contacted.

Quality
Every item of jewellery in the Shop55.nl collection has been carefully to represent the highest standards of quality. Please be aware that whilst we take great care to accurately describe the jewellery shown on our website, a lot of the items are hand made from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from that shown and are usually in same way unique.We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us, but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us by e-mail at customer customercare@shop55.nl immediately and we will attempt to things right or arrange for a return. Making A Purchase
When you make a purchase from Shop55.nl
• You will receive an electronic confirmation upon receipt of your order an soon as your order has been received.
• You will receive notification of dispatch usually within 1-2 working days of your order being processed.
It should not be possible to order any inform that is not in stock. You can only place items in your basket that are currently in stock meaning that you can shop with confidence that the item that you have chosen will be with you within a few days.

Delivery Details
Standard Delivery ( €14.95 )
Once your order has been accepted, we aim to delivery your item(s) within 3-5 working days. You will receive an e-mail notification from us as soon as your shipment has been sent. You can also track and view orders at www.tnt.nl. All orders are posted using TNT Delivery and will require a signature on delivery.

Overseas Delivery Charges
All order are delivered using TNT Delivery and include full insurance.

Returns
At Shop55.nl we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we understand that you may wish to return items.

Items can be returned direct to Shop55.nl within 14 days* using the detachable address slip at the bottom of the dispatch note. When returning goods to Shop55.nl the item(s) must be in their original packaging, unused and accompanied by the detachable address slip at the bottom of the dispatch note. Shop55.nl cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products, this is due to hygiene reasons and does not effect your statutory right.

The guarantee does not cover loss or damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or normal wear and tare.

For your benefit and security in the event of the return we recommend that you send the goods back to Shop55.nl with TNT. This will ensure proof of delivery and insurance of the goods whist they are in transit. If you should experience problems with or have any queries about our returns procedure please contact us via our e-mail customercare@shop55.nl. We will aim to respond to your mail within business working day.
